Online Training Evaluation
System
To continuously improve
all aspects of the training, it is
important to monitor the effectiveness of
training programs on participants through
training evaluations. Our Training and
Development Department introduced an Online
Training Evaluation system on 21 February
2011 in a move towards better office
automation and paperless workflow.
Employees can fill in and submit the
evaluation and feedback forms after the
training via the web server. Data entry
errors are eliminated as the database
system stores the exact data entered by
each employee. This online approach has
greatly increased efficiency and reduced
costs.
