In line with our strategic diversification into oil palm plantations, our first venture started with the development of a 5,000 hectares plantation in 2002. We have since acquired 30,000 hectares of plantation land of which more than 12,000 hectares have been planted. We have also entered into joint venture agreements to develop another 53,480 hectares into oil palm plantations.

Whilst plantation development works and planting are ongoing, our target is to achieve 10,000 hectares of new plantings annually over the next few years. The increasing hectarage of matured palms in the coming years will contribute positively to our group’s future earnings.
