The training on "Attitude Make-Over for Top Notch Service" was held in-house at the Group's Training Centre and was facilitated by external trainer Dr Florence Christy. The training aims to foster an excellent positive work attitude amongst the participating staff to create a happy work environment for productivity to flourish.
