Two batches of staff from the Group's mills and estates attended the interactive RECODA Supervisory Development Program (SDP) course at the Group's Wealth Houses CPO Mill.
This course is designed for supervisors, junior managers, and all employees on a management track.
During the course, the Group's participants learned about various leadership skills they could apply in their supervisory roles.
