On 26 August 2025, the Training & Development Department organised a one-day course titled “Fundamentals of Warehousing Operations and Best Practices” at the JTH Training Room. Customised and expertly facilitated by Mr. Edward Lourdes Ambrose of OneNet Resources Sdn. Bhd., the session equipped participants with best practices and SOPs to enhance accuracy and compliance in warehouse processes.
Participants also explored common challenges in the receiving process and engaged in productive discussions with colleagues from warehouse, estate, and mill operations. The training provided valuable insights for improving our end-to-end warehousing processes, reinforcing efficiency and compliance across the Group.
