Sundry Store Management System (SSMS) Briefing & End-User Training

A System Briefing and End-User Training for the new Sundry Store Management System (SSMS) was held on 11 February 2026 at the 1st Floor Meeting Room, Block A.

Organised by the Training & Development Department in collaboration with the Business Solutions Department, the session introduced a system designed to:

  • streamline grocery replenishment and ordering processes,
  • automate sales orders via AutoCount API, and
  • support intercompany POS sales for seamless e-invoice submission.

The training was delivered by Dr. Phoebe Sia and Ms. Ling Yi Zhen, with participants from both the Business Solutions and Sundry Store Departments.
