Datuk Wira Tiong was appointed to the Board of Directors on 14 May 1999 and became Executive Director on 7 January 2021.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and has over 25 years of experience in the oil palm and timber industries, both locally and internationally.

He continues to serve as Managing Director of a group of private companies involved in oil palm operations.

Dato’ Jin was appointed Chief Executive Officer on 1 July 2021 and joined the Board of Directors on 22 September 2021.

He holds an engineering degree from Monash University and obtained his Professional Engineer qualification in 1996.

He first joined the Group in 1995 and played a key role in developing its oil palm plantations and crude palm oil mills.

His experience covers engineering, plantation operations and senior management.

Ms Clara Tiong was appointed to the Board of Directors on 7 January 2021.

She holds a Bachelor of Marketing and a Master's degree in Commerce from RMIT University, Australia.

Since 2015, she has held managerial and senior positions in businesses involved in logistics, hospitality and real estate.

She also served as Personal Assistant to the Company's Executive Chairman from 2017 to 2020.

Mr Thomas Hii is a qualified chartered accountant who was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 1 January 2011.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Leicester University and a CIR from the Investor Relations Society, UK. He is also an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, a member of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia.

He began his career with an international audit firm before joining Jaya Tiasa in 1995, where he helped establish the internal audit department.

His experience includes financial reporting, corporate finance, taxation, risk management and investor relations.

Mr Teoh was appointed Chief Operations Officer, Oil Palm Milling Operations, on 6 October 2016.

He holds diplomas from the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia and the Palm Oil Research Institute of Malaysia.

He is also a certified Steam Engineer, having obtained his First Grade Steam Engineer Certificate in 2003.

He began his career in the rubber and latex industry in 1985 before moving into palm oil milling. He has over 25 years of experience in palm oil milling operations.

Ms Jenny Wong was appointed General Manager of the Group on 1 January 2015.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales in 1986.

Before joining the Group in March 1999, she held positions including Head of the Computer Department and Deputy Registrar at other organisations.

She subsequently held several senior positions within the Group and currently serves in the Executive Office, overseeing strategic, technology-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and growth.
