All new employees are taken through an orientation programme that is aimed to assist them in adapting to their new jobs and work environment as well as to instil a positive work attitude. Factories and field visits were also conducted to familiarise new employees with on-site operation.
On 11 Jan 2011, 6 new Sibu based staffs visited the operations sites where they were briefed on the daily site operations in the morning. This was followed by a factory tour in the afternoon where the staffs got the chance to witness the production processes.
