The Training & Development Department successfully organised a Refresher Course on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Corporate Liability under Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act on 20 and 21 April 2026 at the JTH Auditorium.
The session was attended by managers and executives from various operational units. Facilitated by Mr. Daniel Chong, the training reinforced key principles of corporate liability, ethical conduct and regulatory compliance, while highlighting the importance of maintaining the highest standards of integrity in daily operations.
The programme also served as a timely reminder of the organisation’s commitment to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability and good corporate governance across the Group.
