On 23 to 24 September 2025, the Training & Development Department successfully delivered a two-day “Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training)” programme for 33 participants from Jaya Tiasa, Mafrica Corporation, and Golden Star Ace. Facilitated by Mr. Che Amir Khairi Bin Che Rosely, the session provided a solid foundation in AI fundamentals, with a focus on practical applications in the plantation sector.
Attendees gained hands-on experience with AI tools and learned how to integrate AI with key data sources such as IoT sensors, drone imagery, and operational databases. The training also included interactive demonstrations, where participants connected real-world datasets to AI pipelines, equipping them with the skills to develop and implement data-driven solutions in their respective roles.
