Orientation Field Trip
After three years of MCO lockdown, we organized our first orientation field trip on 17th August 2023 for 15 new recruits from various departments to familiarize them with the Group’s operations. They had the opportunity to visit Wealth Houses CPO Mill, Poh Zhen Plantation, and the Coconut Plantation.

Briefings on HR Guidelines on the Recruitment Process (Local and TKI) at Estates and Mills
As part of the HR Sibu Office’s Local and Immigration section initiatives, a series of refresher briefings and Q&A sessions were conducted to train the site admin. and HR personnel on Local and TKI recruitment processes and guidelines.
