Communication and Interpersonal Skills at Work Course

To achieve success in the workplace, one must possess good interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to develop rapport and trust, to handle challenging situations, to ensure mutual clarity when dealing with others is invaluable. With that in mind, a training program on “Communication and Interpersonal Skills at Work” was organised by the Training and Development Department for Sibu and site office staff from 21st to 24th February 2012. This highly motivational and interactive program was conducted by qualified trainer, MS Florince Christy, who integrated humour and active exercises to get participants involved in the methods of successful communication.
