The Hariyama Community Learning Centre (CLC) was officially opened on 2 September 2025, marking a significant milestone in providing education for the children of Indonesian migrant workers within our oil palm plantation. Established by Jaya Tiasa Group, the centre currently accommodates 23 students aged 7 to 12, offering them vital learning opportunities.
The opening ceremony was graced by distinguished guests Datuk Wira Tiong Chiong Hee, Dato’ Jin Kee Mou, Ms. Clara Tiong, Mr. Teoh Kheng Hock, Mr. Kenneth Tiong, and Mr. Peter Tong, and featured a heartfelt performance of “Lagu Tanah Airku” by the students. The event included a tour of the facility and concluded with the Management team presenting school bags and stationery to every student, reinforcing our commitment to their educational journey.
