Recently, two personnel from the Group’s Manufacturing Operations section were sent to attend a 5-day “HR Management for Executives” certification course from 7-11 March 2016 at Petaling Jaya.
The course covered various topics including amongst others the principles & functions of HR management, employment, compensations, benefits & appraisals, training & development and employee relations. It was conducted by three highly experienced trainers of Human Resources Management from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM).
