Improving Staffs Business Negotiation Skills

In its desire to elevate its staffs current level of negotiation skills to the next level, the Group invited a well known trainer to conduct the “Effective Business Negotiation Skills” course in-house for selected staff on 28 May 2014. The participants were taught techniques on becoming more confident and competent in their negotiations.
