Organised by the Group’s Training & Development Department, this two-day intensive training was designed to equip leaders with critical thinking skills and coaching techniques to enhance decision-making, problem-solving, and team performance.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Alex Yeoh Oon Jin from NetOne Resources Sdn. Bhd. Participants had the opportunity to learn and practise coaching methods specifically tailored to develop both critical and creative thinking—key components in effective leadership.
