In-House Training on “Self-Leadership”

The Training & Development Department organized an in-house training session on “Self-Leadership” at Daro Jaya CPO Mill from 14 to 15 October 2024. A total of 34 staff from Daro CPO Mill, Lassa CPO Mill, Daro Plantation, Lassa Plantation, and Kabang Plantation participated in the session. The training focused on the importance of setting clear goals, staying organized, practising self-awareness, and improving communication skills. Participants also learned how to apply self-leadership in everyday life. The session included engaging indoor and outdoor activities designed to reinforce key self-leadership principles, providing hands-on experience while fostering a positive and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
