Intensive Course on Performance Appraisal

From 14-15 March 2013, managers from the Group’s Sibu Head Office as well as the sites attended a 2-day performance appraisal course, “Strategies In Linking Competency Performance Appraisal With Metrics At The Workplace” at the JTH Training Center.
The course was designed to guide participants in developing the skills of conducting more effective, reliable, fair, meaningful and valid performance appraisals of their subordinates.
