Held on 15–16 and 17–18 July 2025, the Team-Building Event brought together 105 estate and mill staff in two batches for interactive sessions designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution. Facilitated by Ms. Lydia ak Sangai, the activities also boosted morale and productivity among staff.
High-energy challenges encouraged stronger collaboration, with positive impacts already evident in daily operations. Special appreciation goes to Ms. Lai Leh Huong, Mr. Peter Tong, Hariyama managers, and the dedicated support teams from the Training and Development Department, Oil Palm Operations, and Hariyama Plantations for ensuring the success of this event.
