The Training & Development Department organised two sessions of the Motivation Workshop for Security Personnel/Protection Officers on 15–16 July 2026 and 20–21 July 2026 at the Block C Training Room.
Led by Mr Joseph Tan Kheng Chiang of NetOne Resources Sdn Bhd, the workshop focused on strengthening security personnel’s mindset, discipline, situational awareness, emotional resilience, communication skills and accountability.
Through practical approaches and engaging activities, participants were encouraged to view their responsibilities as extending beyond simply standing watch and to perform their roles as alert, confident, responsible and proactive protectors.
