New Employee Orientation Programme

The Group believes that orienting employees to their new workplace is an important part of the recruitment and retention process. It also plays a vital role in the career development and achievement of an employee. On 12 and 13 October 2011, a 2-day employee orientation programme was conducted at one of our plywood manufacturing site. The programme made the new employees feel welcome and enlightened them the rules, expectations and goals of the company. In order to help them familiarise with on-site operation, they were also briefed on the daily site operation, followed by a factory tour.
