A field trip was organized for the new recruits who joined between May 2024 and January 2025, providing them with firsthand exposure to oil palm plantation and mill operations. The visit covered Hariyama Estate 4 and Hariyama CPO Mill, aiming to enhance their understanding of key processes in plantation and milling operations. Seven participants from various departments, including Coconut Plantation Operations, Oil Palm Plantation, Store Operations, Procurement and Purchasing, and Training and Development, took part in this insightful tour.
