New recruits recently embarked on an engaging Orientation Field Trip to Poh Zhen Plantation, Jayaco Plantation, and Wealth Houses CPO Mill, which provided an eye-opening firsthand look at our plantation and mill operations. Guided by experienced managers and staff, participants gained valuable insights into daily fieldwork, harvesting processes, and the machinery that powers our operations.
Following the field trip, the participants reconvened for a presentation session to share their learnings and reflections, impressing the observers with their teamwork, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
