Relaxing Emotional Management

Effective emotional management has a positive impact on morale and performance and is essential to reach an optimum productive state in a workplace. Towards promoting a harmonious and healthy working environment, Jaya Tiasa SPARC club, in conjunction with 2011’s RH Group of Companies’ activity programme, organised a health talk session entitled “Relaxing Emotional Management”. The talk is about listening to the inner voices and identifying the behaviours and learning strategies to manage and use emotions intelligently to solve the problems and reach the goals. A registered counsellor and psychotherapist, Joyce Lu Mee Eng, was invited to deliver the health talk.
