The Group’s Training & Development Department successfully organised the Safety Leadership Program for Managers and Supervisors – The Role of Leaders in Safety on 23 June 2026. Conducted by Mr. Fakhrul Anwar Bin Ahmad Affandi of Mega Mekar Academy Sdn Bhd, the programme brought together Safety & Health Committee Chairmen from our oil palm estates, FM, LPF and CPO mills, equipping them with practical leadership skills to strengthen safety culture, enhance communication and promote sustainable workplace safety across JTH.
