Talent Management & Succession Planning Session

The course “How to Manage Talent and Succession Planning at the Workplace” was conducted in-house at Jaya Tiasa’s Training Centre over a period of 2 days (1-2 November 2012).

Attended by managers based at the Group’s Head Office in Sibu as well as those from the sites, the course provides valuable pointers on attracting and retaining talents, and managing succession planning.
