Walkthrough and Demo Session on Workflow Revision for Repair & Maintenance

A half-day Walkthrough and Demo Session on Workflow Revision for Repair & Maintenance was conducted from 12 to 13 February 2025 by the Information Services Department, coordinated by the Training & Development Department. The session was facilitated by IS System Analyst Ms. Loi Siew Ling and IS Executive Ms. Fong Ling Ling, who provided insights into the revised workflow and demonstrated the repair status update process. Participants included representatives from the oil palm plantations and Sibu office staff from Oil Palm Operations, Purchasing, Store Operations, and Vehicle Maintenance. The sessions provided valuable guidance on the revised repair and maintenance workflow, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process for all involved.
