The Group’s Training & Development Department successfully conducted a one-day in-house programme on Workplace Harassment at the JTH Auditorium, aimed at increasing employees’ awareness of harassment issues, legal frameworks, and preventive measures. Facilitated by Mr. Suresh Kumar from CeDR Corporate Consulting, the session covered key topics such as identifying harassment red flags, legal compliance, employee rights, managing perpetrators, and promoting a culture of respect. Managers and staff from estates, mills, camps, and Sibu HQ participated, underscoring the organisation’s strong commitment to ensuring a safe and respectful workplace.
