The Training & Development Department conducted a two-day in-house programme, Leading Self, Leading Teams, from 24 to 25 June 2026 at Daro Jaya Plantation.
Facilitated by Ms Lydia Anak Sangai, with support from Ms Philomena Anak Freddy, the programme brought together local participants to strengthen their leadership skills. Through interactive discussions, case studies, group activities and experience-sharing sessions, participants explored effective leadership approaches that can be applied in their daily work and management responsibilities.
