Bone Health Check

On Monday, November 9, 2015, a prominent multinational dairy company organized a complimentary bone health check at the Group’s Head Office in Sibu. A total of 133 staff members from the head office took advantage of the free check. In addition to learning about their bone health status, participants assessed their current mobility status by engaging in a series of brief and simple exercises. Subsequently, they received guidance from a trained consultant based on their bone scan and mobility results.

The Group’s sports and recreation club, JTH SPARC, played a key role in facilitating the event.
