Bone Health Check

On Monday 9 November 2015, a leading multinational dairy company held a free bone health check at the Group’s Head Office in Sibu. Altogether 133 staffs from the head office went for the free check. Apart from knowing their bone health status, the participants also got to know of their current mobility status through performing a series of short simple exercises. They later received advice from a trained consultant based on their bone scan and mobility results.

The event was facilitated by the Group’s sports and recreation club, SPARC.
