EQ Training

A two-day EQ training titled “Enhancing Emotional Intelligence at the Workplace” was conducted for staffs of all levels from the head office and the sites. The main objective of the training was to improve the staffs’ ability to deal effectively with their emotions in the work place, a skill that is viewed as critical to their success as managers and service providers.

During the training, the participants were taught this vital skill set through skill building exercises and group discussions and through the exploration of various tools, techniques, skills and perceptions.
