EQ Training

A two-day training session titled “Enhancing Emotional Intelligence at the Workplace” was held for staff at all levels, including both the head office and the sites. The primary aim of the training was to enhance the staff’s capacity to manage their emotions effectively in the workplace, a skill deemed crucial for their success as both managers and service providers.

Throughout the training, participants acquired this essential skill set through exercises focused on skill building, group discussions, and the exploration of various tools, techniques, skills, and perspectives.
