“Developing the Leader in You” Workshop

Two rounds of a two-day, in-house training program titled “Developing the Leader in You” were conducted at Wealth Houses CPO Mill from 19 to 22 February 2024. Participants attended from Wealth Houses CPO Mill, Eastern Eden, Lepah, Poh Zhen, and Wealth Houses Oil Palm Plantations. Renowned master trainer Dr. Florince Christy led the sessions, which were designed to assist attendees in enhancing their leadership skills and gaining a deeper understanding of their personal leadership style. The training utilized interactive activities, group discussions, and self-reflection exercises to facilitate learning.
