Incident Investigation and Reporting Training

A 2-day safety course, “Incident Investigation and Reporting for Safety and Health Committee” was conducted for the Group’s safety staff on 14th and 15th March 2017 by an external trainer.

The course objective is to provide knowledge and practical experience on:

• how incidents can occur;
• how incidents are to be handled and investigated to prevent recurrence;
• the reporting of incidents.

Participants came away from this course much better prepare to handle and conduct incidents, and apply root cause analysis to prevent recurrences.

Altogether 36 safety personnel from the Group’s various sites attended the course.
